About Good Choice Home and Disability

Shraddha Baral is a registered nurse with 15 years of experience and the director of Good Choice Home and Disability Support. She specializes in the aged disability sector and also has experience in mental health nursing and community nursing.

Shraddha has worked in the community as a Nurse Assessor, understanding the needs of the clients and referring their needs. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from RMIT University. With a deep passion for serving the community, she finds immense fulfillment in her work as a nurse, particularly in the health and disability sector across Melbourne.

Her greatest satisfaction comes from providing care to the aged, disabled, and community members. Her extensive experience in the field has equipped her with a strong background in aged and disability care.
